Worried that the lower arm is only supported one side, may add "outer" bracket down to chassis or come across from behind. Saying all this, its been fine on others for years :-)

I think that the cherry picker red and battleship grey would make a good two tone combination. I'm not sure that the camouflage green would go well with them ... but it'd go nicely with brown or yellow.

When I was welding, we used to repair "cherry pickers" Every time they came in with 2.5 litres of red paint, Seemed a shame not to save some for projects, this is the last tin, may have to go back to work ! Got some heavy "battle ship" grey stuff as well, plus of course camo green from the snow track days.

Nice. But why a file instead of the angry grinder?

I love angle iron - it's about the only metal that I can weld reasonably. Whack up the amps on the stick welder and go. None of that burning holes in stuff.

I decided to brace it up, and made 4 of these, all by hand and file and the trusty drill, if I had a welder I would weld them on, but you cant have everything can you :-)

It just looks wrong to me. Having said that, the rear dampers on my Legerra are only supported at one end. So it is probably fine ... just looks unusual.
