Besides, it is raining in Bristol again and has been for most of the day. I have to say that I do like the sight of the politicians tearing each other apart. Unfortunately, it looks like the UK is going to be broken up too. Little Wengland here we come!

I do not agree with it being a protest vote I belive people voted for change in the hope things can be better than what we are being force fed at the present time.

Rob, I think the tabloids gauged the mood of the tabloid readers and fed them what they wanted or what would sell papers. The TV tried to give equal air time to both sides but mostly that consisted of insulting them and attacking them. Plus we had a surfeit of televised debates that all went over the same stuff ad nauseum with the same old audience questions, just skimming the surface. There never were any conclusions. There was very little real information in any of it and very little to help form or to change opinions.

I do think it is the wrong decision but my biggest disappointment is when I get the impression that many people just voted as a protest, saying things like "It can't be any worse than it is now".

You would hope that politicians and leaders of countries would have better things to do than drop comments on facebook and twitter.

That being said they probably pay some highly qualified law student to post for them, just to make sure they don't drop any clangers...

Over-fishing of the North Sea didn't start when we joined the EU. Our fisheries were in decline for years before that. I'm sure I remember the Wilson government compensating fishermen as stocks declined.

Tried to play the film but it wont load ?
Read a fair bit of the transcript
Like where he says we are a sovereign power an set our own laws, then goes on to say there will be plentyboh work for him an fellow legal eagles trying to extract us from brussles laws !
If we had voted to remain this would of been a great vote for democracy
As it is the common man was given a choice and made the "wrong" one as far as the powers that be,media an buisness leaders are concerned !!!
It was mob mentality
Remain didn't state its case
People didn't know what they were voting for
There is so much rubbish in the press its unreal !!!
We were threatened with everything from financial ruin to the four horsemen of the apocalypse leading up to the vote an that mentality still remains
