Ahha, I understand. I seem to remember someone saying the older cars didn't have plates as such. As it goes that plate ^ looks nicely 'period' for a 60's / 70's vehicle.

Maybe one of my learned colleagues could answer this one then. When did Dutton start supplying the newer 'logo' style plates with the cars. I've seen one of the thin ones on S1974 but don't know if thats an original?

I was after a plate with Dutton Cars on it the first company 1970-71 before they become DUTTON sports mate

Why? The club sell originals at less than a fiver.
