I used 25mm box on one of mine and Steve welded it for me and it worked absolutely fine

James i believe it was 40mm x 40mm but others have used 40mm x 20mm.

Hi Paul, inlet is a 32/36 twin choke downdraught on a Crossflow manifold, i believe it's a 1500GT one. The holes line up almost exactly but the bolt patterns don't so there is an ally plate sandwhiched in there as an adaptor.

I may have missed the conversation but what is the manifold off? I have a silver top 2.0, will it fit that do you know?
