Dutton Kit Cars and their owners

Day one of ownership.... 1 x leaky carb - fuel inlet loose infact given a tug has come away from the carb body...Rear brakes binding - off with the drums and obvious they've been standing a while. Needs new fuel pipe from tank to carb as P/O has used the stuff you use on windscreen washers - original fuel pipe still in situ, guess it has perished or has a blockage. Couple of fuel filters wouldn't go amiss. Oh and air in the tyres might help the old gal move, 3psi ain't enough... Engine does run lovely though - apparently this was hillclimed in a previous life. Hi Mike. I'll add the photo.

Bushes for both types (triumph and ford based) are available from APM Duraflex  - as Daryl pointed out I'm supposed to be getting him some and some for the shop so can make enquiries as to price. No excuses, just not been able to talk to Mark at APM. Will crack on Monday and get an answer even if I have to go round there.

Would be interested in setting of bushes too... Are they available in polyurethane? Mike

Mike, is it ok to steal this picture for the flickr gallery?

Still, it has a very nice sheen to it!
