I knew the B+ a d the S1 were compatable but thought the B type was shorter. Just goes to show. ....

I meant that term in a joking way,I admire your efforts on your budget tremendously. It got you to almost stoneleigh and back, which is an achievement worthy of praise. How many 25k kit cars came on the back of trailers. I've always maintained that pound per fun you can't beat a cheap dutton. I've had many kit cars over the years, and the most enjoyable have nearly always been the cheap ones.
Another 12month ticket on noddy, where next Le Mans classique? If you rolled up there you'd get as much attention as all the rest, for the sheer fact you built it yourself and it got you there

The reason i dont bother with the Dutton community anymore.....sigh, shame we cant all get on hey instead of being grumpy old sods.

As there is waffling on about selling duttons abroad, i could of made good money as i have a lot of interest in my cars from Danish folk. still going to keep them here in the UK as the money wasnt anywhere near what they are worth to me. otherwise i may off. As BV says they like them more and care for them more.

bet they dont bicker as much as the UK dutton community.

folk just bring it on them selves , they dont need any encouragement.

just wish folk could get on and stop being snide and sarky with each other, this is what is spoiling what could be a good club.

Daryl, You started this! You came on this post to sturr things up and got it thrown in your face.

If you cant take it don't dish it out.

I have my point of view and john has his. To quote your previous post re this topic bollocks.
All I asked was what hood would fit a b type

I think the question posed by JW was valid, the bollox in between though was all crap and unnecessary.

I am a Dutton enthusiast and I don't know subtle differences between a S1 an S4 so John was right to ask and no one should put up crap replies to a valid question.

This site can be very childish at times , however I  am used to it by now & cant complain as often I get a decent response to my questions . There is a lot of good experience and knowledge on this site that one day we may lose if the rubbish continues to be posted.

Rant over :-)

Its the way you come across daryl i reckon, rude, etc etc. maybe not meant that way but how can folk tell unless you make it known you are not being rude, use smilies at time will help.

You do off a lot though daryl, a bit OTT.

not having a go at you Daryl, just saying its how it comes across.
