The picture clearly shows the Dissident faction of The Northern Duttoneer’s, as the armed militia guard Llanberis Pass against Caterham drivers.

 

I didn’t notice on the PC, but just ran them on the TV. Checkout the pipe coming down the Mountain side, it looks like a rifle barrel slung over Sue’s shoulder.
