DOC Club Business

The above forum title was put here because of the problems with the DOC chat not working on its own site. I ll only posted twice on the chat site and immediately got a virus attack. I will not use the site any more.
My thought are that this topic is removed from this forum, and this site allowed to deal with day to day technical info, rebuilds and help.
That way this non DOC site can go back to being a meeting place for the Kit car minded.
I am sure this will generate more comment, but the topic will be removed later today, and all the negativity can be move to the DOC Q&A forum.

We had a mag quarterly regular as clockwork
"normally" we would get the latest edition of the mag at Stoneleigh
The mag preceding that one would have all the relevent information in so ALL members would know what's happening 10\12 weeks before the AGM
Cheers mum is now 85 but tough as old boots !!!

But as it.stands at the moment its not a matter of we "could" tell everyone
Club constitution states we have to give 2 weeks written notice to every member unless I'm mistaken ?
Wether they take notice or attend or just bin it is up to them but at least they have been given the chance
FACT...As the AGM is being held there will be members of this club who know nothing about it-that's not right or fair
