my exhaust manifold has a tiny hole in it im going to try and weld it up, but if it all starts to blow through im going to need a new one. anyone know who could make a stainless one for me . they are quite rare.  its a mk2 cortina gt.

ano martin. its off the car and iv welded the old cortina manifold up..it only had a pin hole in it near mounting plate. so iv managed to get a weld on the inside and outside. ill modify the escort one later for a spare.

My Sprint manifold is about an inch, never no problem, heat doesn't burn, flames do.

Brian I have a standard 1600 manifold here, it don't fit nothing here, just a doorstop or paperweight at present :-)

big paper weight steve. thanks for the offer very nice of you. but i think the welded cortina one will last a couple more years...
