Guys

I am a bit fed up with the big fat rear end on my Phaeton, especially the wheel tubs. Has anyone ever cut these off and what does it look like. I have a cunning plan.

Also, what is the legal requirement (mot) for the position of headlights? I.e. how high and how far apart from the centre line of the car. Again i have a plan to do something a bit different as i like that kinda stuff

I had planned to go for the separate mudguard/Bplus look on my remaining S1 but as I had no usable rear bodywork I was thinking of doing the rear body 'locost' style with ally stretched over a light tube frame and separate rear mudguards. Down side is wet weather gear won't fit but then I don't have any :-)
