Are these the bolt that fasten the hinge to the body? if yes ours were so seized that they sheared off. I replace these with M8 x25mm 13mm spanner size. These where weld to the steel plate sandwiched between the fibre glass, see Sierra Project on here.

Tax bought we are back on the road, Always make's me sick every time I have to tax her, because I miss tax exempt by 10 months.

I tried but they are hardened bolts, so i cut the glass out around the snapped bolt carefully ground the bolt flat, got m8 x 25mm set screws and welded the head over the old bolt. The new bolt head is just the right depth to bring the flat surface back in line with the original glass surface, so when the hinge is bolted back on the door hangs in the right place. you'll need a helper with water on hand and the use of a mig welder, because the steel plate is bonded into the body when you weld there's a lot of heat put into the plate. H & S doesn't exist here, water, electric, high heat and fibre glass, you need lots of power to get a good weld as it is just a but joint you are making.

Good luck! If you need a word I'll PM my number give me a call.
