Fast Freddy runs the local "recycling centre for cars" I have been around him and his brothers most of my life, most times I get a discount. Wandering around is no longer allowed, he has a shop at the front and a few cars stood ready. Out back is where it all happens. Well today I have access to the inner sanctum, he needs a crane welded and a hoist on the fork lift welded over. I plan to make a day of it, delving into the corners that have been there to long. I may be some time, wish me luck :-))

Got a whole bucket of nuts and bolts, no carbs, nothing crossflow or Pinto in the yard :-(  no treasure, seen a couple of things stacked up, steering racks etc. Spent along time welding rusty steel with a big 400 amp mig they obtained and cracking bacon butties made by the Secretary, "that's her job, that and mugs of tea" plus of course they still have a fire axe even a plasma cutter. But no old cars.
