After the up's and down's of the oil pressure on my Phaeton at the end of last year, I intended changing to hydraulic gauge instead of the electric one which is fitted.
So today set about swapping them over, or not. I started to remove the dash, but it wouldn't move enough without major surgery. In the end I decided to use both, with the Hydraulic one fitted in the space the original Rev counter was fitted in. On tick over warm it is showing 40psi with the electric showing 28psi I'll get a new sender for that now.
