Steve, once made and fitted I found that it was just a case of tweeking them to fit, Top edge slightly turned in and then at the bottom of the window on the back edge. Side by side each door is slightly different I think this could be down to the body moulding. They do fit well though I have put clip on weather strip along the boottom edge and stick on weather strip along the leading edge where the door hinge and screen meets the screen, makes it daught free and stops any rattles.

It is hologram aluminium something NASA are working on as part of the new light drive project, when the cars moving you can't see them at all.
