Its going to be long and slow I think Tony. There is a lot to do just getting it back to bare steel, but I'll persevere :-)
Now, what was that comment about being expensive, hourly rate has just moved the decimal point one place to the right :-))) I think that's right??
I suppose I better brush up on my brazing, and that Dusty Tig plant will be humming nicely soon :-)
Your right there James, I have been painting new ceiling and seven door frames, this week. I'm not a patient man with paint. Daryl, steel will be ordered soon :-)))
Nice one, Steve. That'll keep you busy for a few weeks. Gotta have something to be doing to keep out the way of housework and shopping.
Hi Andrew, this is the original owner, so hope for a box full of paper work, Seems he has the original parts somewhere as well. All the original brackets are intact. I have the Reg number and a log book, now have to find a shed full of enthusiasm.
Morris Minor front and rear axles......front has been modified to accept the Morris Minor torsion bar suspension. rear may well need a little modification to make body a little wider. if Steve don't go silly on engine (Zetec 1.4?) it should be a really nice project..... Fully registered 1974 with V5 etc.....just wish i had room for it.
