Political nerve touched there then Steve and BV. Just reading your comments and realised 3 hours ago I turned to hose on to fill the pond in the back garden, now I have a very full pond and a lovely water garden feature. Thanks God I'm not on a water meter.

For some reason the pond will empty within the next couple of days, I think our local heron may have punctured it.

Steve, It will give you Southerners something to do with your garden hose now you can't wash your cars or water your plants. Or is this why there is a hose pipe ban down there, because you guys have been using them like this.
