Comment by Dave Taylor on October 20, 2012 at 15:20: Correct in the first instance, this 1300 is going in the Sierra. Coming back from Donnington in the Phaeton the oil pressure in the 1600 was low on tick over. It's an electronic gauge so going to try an hydraulic type before I pull the 1600 to bits. May fit the 1700 whilst changing the gear box though.

The Phaeton is just having a bit of TLC after 9 years of being thrashed about the countryside.

Comment by Dave Taylor on October 19, 2012 at 22:52: One step forward two back, I came to put the push rods in tonight and for some reason they are 1600 pushrods, about 14mm too long. Anyone in Duttonland got a set of 1300 pushrods they don't want?
