I don't think you will get replacement skins, rare as hens teeth salvage what you can of them even if you have to cut the top edge. they do lip ove the original door skinsf you can always cut the lip smaller. I am going to Flixborough wharf tomorrow afternoon so could call on you in the morning to take a look.

My Dad told me that one 40 years ago, it works.

Mike you need to take the fibre glass door skin off first, it may have pop rivets along the top and 3 at the bottom. Cut away the rust up to good metal, once the metal is replace bebuilt, bond the skin on, again rivets to hold it in place, flip it and glass inside the door, it doesn't matter what that looks like then a bit of glass tissue seals the edges, then good old bogg.

Sorry Mike I just don't have time, not touched the Sierra since November because of lack of time. If you have access to a mig it's not to difficult. Look at the Sierra build diary on www.thenortherduttoneers.com build diaries good description of doing the job.

The inside now glassed up , slow curing as weathers not the best. I'll fit the door skin tomorrow, and hopefully finish both doors.
