Broken valve spring K25 2

My latest warranty claim at work. The valve spring broke on a brand new Cylinder head, dropping the valve. Rest of the pic's are of the damaged. That's just cost us £2500. The techie stuff, it's a Nissan K25 engine from a Mitsubishi fork truck.
