I measured the inlet and outlet with a calliper rule. So the (rather roughly measured) sizes are
Inlet 39.75 mm
Exhaust 33.7 mm
This comes close to the standard stage 2 head measures (inlet: 39.5 mm, exhaust: 34 mm). So I suppose the measures are a stage 2 head (or near it). What set me up a little is, that the inlet valves look kind of different. Here is an overall view
The left-most inlet valve is flat. All other have a notch. And even those with a notch differ in the size of the notch. Is that business as usual or are there any drawbacks?
