<p>John, are you planning to run the vehicle fuel injection? If so then it would probably pay to get an MX5 wiring loom and fit that as it would be easier. A good resource here may be the Exocet forum over at MEV. Do you have a 1.6 or 1.8? I have a twin weber inlet manifold if your thinking of going 'old school' :)</p>

I will be watching this with interest, I'm doing this now. I have the ecu etc. on the early cars they did not have all the immobiliser gubbings and in the next few weeks I will begin picking off all the surplus cables. I got the complete loom and switches and a few bare ends :-)
