hi,
reason why i choose 1.5mm from begining is that i read some manuals and istructions how to chose main jet size. bog bros suggest for xflow 1.7mm, but for some guys its too rich. so i started from 1.5mm, if it will be not enought i will drill to 1.6 or to 1.7mm.
till now i dindnt check mixture or test drive, there is more things to do (fit fuel pump, made all wires for pump, fuel hose, remake some already existing wires)
your carbs also should work fine, its simple. biggest work is to make proper manifold with right angle.

Well done! How did you decide on the main jet size? When you have sorted it then please tell me all about how easy or difficult it is to get the mixture right. I bought some bike carbs for my Legerra (2000 Pinto) the carbs were 38mm Keihins from a ZX7R, which is about 130bhp. I have not fitted them yet because I could not work out how I was going to set them up.
