Dutton Kit Cars and their owners

So, you go to sell your car on the bay, how does the charges work out, because the dearest thing I have ever sold is £200. And I thought the charges very expensive. Is it a percentage thing? Or an agreed fee beforehand.

So five minutes left on that white Melos with V5 and its at £53... Is anyone on here trying to save it?

Don't think the club is likely to.

Hi Martin, busy till mon/Tuesday message me I can collect for you
John

Lose it for twelve months, then it could magically reappear. Anyone know this car?

Martin you can buy a chassis with log book quite legally, then put whatever body style you like on it, as long as you don't alter the chassis or suspension, you can get away with it, hot rodders do it all the time, and still say it's a Dutton.

I thought Martin meant a like for like replacement as in buying a spare part from the manufacturer which I believe is the way it works with Landy's and MG's.

As our Duttons are out of production the only way to get one is purchasing one thats never been registered with the DVLA and using that.

The last person I would want is Tim to reproduce a chassis, wake up guy's, it's only a very cheap poorly produced car. Worth more in scrap. Only a few of us really care. Wolfe Smith, power to the people.
