hi joined a kit car page on facebook.. oh oh. duttons being broken on their left right and centre. been on e bay a couple more being broken. will this be the end for our loved duttons and will it make ours worth any more money....? I see this problem getting much worse in the future.

Simple answer to your question. A car is only worth what someone will pay for it. Breaking them and what happens after is indeed a major problem.

Historic rally guy's are the ones. They bought up all my Ford stuff, struts and springs, racks disc etc. So many Ford parts are interchangeable if you know what you're doing. Plus of course they are willing to pay up. As for IVA you just have to download the latest manual, and build it to that spec. Then open your purse to pay for it.
mmm interesting chaps. well no ford restorer is getting my Dutton. if I was to sell..(witch I don't) I would sell it to someone local who likes the car as is. we need to cling on to these little gems...
