The mechanical training of my 7 year old daughter must be working.  Opened the bonnet on my wife's new car, neither of us had seen under the bonnet before.  She immediately said " Daddy that's where you check the oil".  She was correctly pointing straight at the dipstick.  So the I am getting there.   Mind you she has now decided that she doesn't want to drive the Phaeton ( when it is finished).
