If anyone has issues with the DVLA, vehicle identity theft, V5C's and what should be on them, VIN plates, missing paperwork and chassis numbers then contact me. It would help if you were already a club member as I am restricted who I can give information to but that doesn't mean I can't or won't help even if you don't join.
