noted daryl ..i will do so . cheers
Seems to dry the resin out so there's nowt left holding the mat together, bit crap when it's all that supports the pedal box.
cheers for that ill wrap the down pipe it will be easier :-)
I would recommend some form of heat shield between the down pipe and the bulkhead. The heat has an effect on the resin which isn't good over time.
I did this to the Sierra which helps keep the heat off.
It does work but in hindsight i'd move it closer to the exhaust or do the whole bulkhead.
At least your bonnet is braced underneath, the green one sagged above the exhaust manifold with the heat of being stuck in traffic on the motorway.
I'm sort of jealous of the shiny bits.
I am because they look so good.
i'm not because i don't clean engine stuff very often and they will need cleaning a lot...
@ ade you would not belive what i got the rocker cover and cam cover for....super cheep guy had taken em off his capri and thanks
@darly lol
You have done a cracking job on that engine bay, now I know what all the shiny bits were for.
Me too mate.
Not always possible, especially with the Melos.
