Ah, I see. The original side panels on mine were stainless as well, and have now been used numerous times for various brackets, and I still have one and a half panels left.

No, not at all Daryl. if there was ever an impact with enough energy to pull that bolt through the stainless steel, there would not be enough of the car left to worry about it. Any way the weak part of the seat belt system in an S2 would be where the two buckle cables are bolted to the cross member under the floor of the boot, even though I have beefed it up, it is still a weak point.
