I was trying to think of a way of safely filling those holes and as you will need seat mountings which are permanently fixed to the chassis it seemsed like a plan to glass over them to reseal the holes. If its a 50mm box section I have some in the garage, It may need drying out and cleaning up though :-(

evidently the 3 had raised boxes for the seats Dave, might be a good idea to just make a 1" box section frame for the seat runners, cut the old floor around it and then glass over it after welding the box to the old seat frame.

Oh yes, I'm going to put the lights in next and get all the wiring sorted. Decided to re-glass the floor, that going to need the weather to buck up though.

No engine in yet, I want to get the brake lines in and the electrics up and running while I have space to mooch around.
Even the engine doesn't make the ride height change much, which is a good thing as I really like the stance of it.
Once the new side steps are on, OMG that another job, but the to do list now has more red strike through than jobs to do. Did you find a brake drum to suit?

Have you got the engine back in?
Its looking SO much better than I thought it could ever look again Dave, well done mate.
