Dutton Kit Cars and their owners

So who can help?? I think I'm dumb plus no manual I can't check but what stops the bearing falling out?? I have a new seal as you can see but this wouldn't hold bearing in place?? Any ideas or pics would be appreciated.

Does this help?

Cheers ade. There's a crush tube washer thingy inbetween the two bearings.

looking at the pictures on google (which are crap) i think there is supposed to be a crushable spacer tube which goes in, then the seal, then the drive flange, then the nut.

I'll have a root in the haynes manual for a diagram a bit later as just on my way out.
