They do need a refurb but not bad for price. Once car gets an engine fitted I'll revisit these.

I have 195/60/15 Dunlop 'fast response' all round on the legerra and haven't managed to accidentally break traction once yet....

Funny thing is The Sierra was running 235/60/15's on the back end and I could break one of those loose even in the dry.

yeah def s2. correct ages to reg doc etc plus it looks identical to s1 chassis. just "feels" different. odd, just like me. lol

Dave I have noooooo idea. But it got me thinking. The s2 is going 5link same as s1 so I'm as bemused as u. Might get serious one day and use a tape measure. Lol

How does the s2 have more space?
Its the same chassis as the s1 with the down side of the leaf springs intruding into the cockpit.

Dave I trust u. Old and wise right. Lol. The challenge is now these euro spec tyres. Harder to find than thought. Prob getting ahead if myself tho. Engine gearbox and axle first.
