Something went wrong posting the piccies. Thats a fully adjustable rose jointed rear end on  a Cosworth engined Sierra pick me up being built. Very smart. Interesting to see about noise transfer and wear rate.

I'm thinking of making adjustable joints, but using poly bushes in an adjustable eye/rod end type thingy !!

S1 has no cushioning at all so can't be worse than that.

The ride is uncomfortable no matter what In my mind so not bothered if makes it "worse" plus do so little mileage it won't matter again.

Thanks Paul for thoughts.

No need for rose joint both ends on a road car. They will increase the harshness of the ride, they will let axel noise transmit though the chassis, it will also put extra stress on the mount brackets and welds, I Think you should use a poly bush one end, That's my thought. I hope all goes well with the build.

Thanks Wayne. Not the only one who'd love to see it done. To be fair I believe its a year away but trying to be realistic.

I'm rose jointing because easy to adjust and actually cheaper. Use square bar so need for hole or if round bar then mill a flat so can use spanner. Cheers guys for ideas.

I'd do it your way  John, do it proper, do it once. If your using solid bar, drill a hole through for a Tommie bar.
