HD foam on a ply runner, carved to shape and covered in matting and resin, flat back smooth and paint or cover to match roof Daryl. Super light weight and can be fixed in place between the door rubber and the screen rubber then held to and bottom with screws onto blocks, glassed into the frame.

We have the original Escort panels. You could make some up from ally or steel sheet, it would clip under the door a windscreen rubbers.

Finished the rear light tonight all fitted and working. They are a nice tight fit, used Hi density foam to make gaskets, so now they're watertight to.

Bought the ply boad for the floor and hardboard to make the door cards. Slow coming together again, I am getting fed up with seeing it just standing there.

Still need to get the graphic script made up.
