It probably would have come up lighter if I had used a white primer rather than grey.
I like it, a lot. Maybe dark, but once the clear coats are on it should look good in the sunlight, all that glitters.
Two base coats, Daryl. They sent me a sample, which I sprayed onto a tin panel, using the same primer and two base. But that was definitely a lot lighter.
Errrrmmmmmm, it is green, honest!! but one hell of a lot darker than the sample they sent me. I took the boot lid out into the sunshine and yep its metallic BRG, all the little gold bits glint away nicely. NOT exactly what I wanted, but not that unhappy with it either.
Thought it wuz green mister??
Exciting Paul, not long before it will be outside getting all dirty and wet in the typical British summer! I don't mean to start a new internet debate, like the dress question, but is it blue or black?
