yeah neil also claimed that the carb wasn't  1300 carb but then told me it was on the car when stolen, he was moaning about the lousy fuel consumption and the lack of performance, so i had to enlighten him on how you tune a Xflow and just fitting a twinchoke webber wasn't going to be bolt on horse power and even with all the mods needed he was only going to get about 65-70 hp from the engine from the 50 odd it started with. i also said that fuel consumption would be about 20mpg. he then agreed that was what he was getting with the carb but thought that 45 should be the figure for a 1300........wildly optimistic.

Yeah I kinda figured that. ....he does make regular attempts to offer to pay....then dont. :-(

there is a lot of favouritism on this site , not surprised at all.

some posts get a loads of replies if you are in the click , others get maybe 1 or none.

If someone deletes an original post, ie one that started the conversation thread  then all subsequent posts on that thread also get deleted.
