wierd day
well today has been a bit strange, i had a quick look at my sierra and was asking about a spare cylinder head for my Xflow with a friend when the conversation got round to my bending my car a little bit.......then out of the blue came this offer.....
"I have a phaeton in a relatives barn that i never use, never driven really it got put in there over three years ago and i never got round to looking at it." so we talked about it half heartedly with a view to using it for parts, which got ruled out because its a S4.....Turns out that its a runner (or was) with a roof and is fully registered with V5 but with a 1100 ford Xflow engine and on 12" wheels (from his memory) However the thing is he needs to get it moved and sometime soon so he asked if i wanted it.....for free. So what could i say? after talking to the missus she said yes, after Xmas. So it looks like the Sierra will have to go to give me space, because to be honest i would prefer the S4 as a winter car than the sierra.

Actually she prefers the S4‘s to the S1/2‘s because they are roomier inside....clearly got no taste....she married me!

My plan is to rebuild the green S1 and sell it, rebuild the Lancia S1 and put it to use for me. get the S4 on the road as a winter/work car, the sierra will be passed on to a club member at cost. since its got a years MOT and tax exempt it will make a very usable car for someone.
