wide and low pressure tyres could do that. i mentioned this because i just complete my rear suspension upgrade. i installed subaru justy rear axle. now i have independent rear suspension. few months i couldnt solve problem why rear end has too much toe in. it looked like yours case.

I have 205/60/13 tyres fitted single leaf springs all new bushes but could do with a panard rod being fitted. Tyre walls do move a lot as the pressures are low.

Thats just tyre deflection as on the run out it's perfectly straight.

i think there are some problems with your rear axle. what kind of rear setup you have?
