Dutton Kit Cars and their owners

I've had a pretty sh*t week, then today, or I should say this morning things started to pick up. Bolts went in, datum marks picked up and the sun came out, stopped for lunch and the the whole thing started going wrong again. Made a great pedal box, but it didn't fit. clutch pedal hits the tunnel and the master cylinder hole is 1/4 off. Lot of work went into that box so I cut the tunnel and filed the hole, simple enough but time consuming. Now all fitted, just ! Getting dark and I've called it a day. Going to the beach tomorrow, going to get wet, going to blow away these bad vibes, anyone else having a bad week, is it due to Melos owners aligning with their other self causing this run of bad luck ?

Cleaned out pump and it works fine, but it don't like sucking up from to far below, maybe a bit weak. The old facet is no trouble.

Had a better day! Today I am a pigeon :-)  However, watch this space :-)

It's been cracking all week down here John, bit of a Easterly blowing, but in and on the driveway, garage it's sheltered, but gets full sun until dusk. Haven't seen a swallow in years down here though, more's the pity.

Well, things are improving, then my mate has just informed me that I'm entered in a closed to club event on Sunday. Bit of a Sprint come hill climb thingy on an old airfield. Thanks for telling me pal. I haven't trained or done my hair or nothing, seems I opened my mouth about how quick my B+ is, oops :-))

I only went to see him about a certain person's chassis drawings, now look what I'm in.
