Advice on Ford remote gear change on a B Type

Hi

Discovered the problems with my gear change are due to a badly adjusted/modified Ford remote gear change on a 2000e 4 speed box.
As a process of elimation I'm looking for a gear lever or any suggestions where to source parts to refurbish the one I have which is badly worn. Thanks
