Melos for sale!

Hi All - Though new to blogging, I'm not new to the DOC and have been a member (off & on) for the last 14 years, while I've been to proud owner of a lovely orange (red?) Melos 1.3Sadly, it's now up for sale as I no longer have the motivation to drive it and want to sell it to an aficionado who has.It was meticulously built by a retired engineer in 1987, with full instrumentation and a superb interior. I've done 6000 miles in it since 2004, and it has been maintained by a professional…See More

"Hi David, I wouldn't normally advise using the type9 on an Xflo as they don't really have the torque to pull 5th, but as your car looks to be set up for sporting trials then I guess what your really looking for is the lower first gear. I…"

"Hi Stuart. The DOC has no control of the Ning site nor does it foot any of the running costs. If you have had an issue with club membership I'd be happy to try and resolve it, I am the membership secretary of the DOC."

Dutton Owners' club or not?

Hi All. Can I ask basic question on the relationship between Dutton Owners' Club and the Nings site - are they connected in any way? I tried to join the Owners' Club a couple of years ago with no success (apart from losing £12!) then happened upon the Nings site which I accepted me for free, always good, and kept an eye on it since.Just curious. Thanks StuartSee More
