Hi I have just bought a phaeton less the V5c it's not been used since 1991 but the last 2 digits on the vin plate are badly scratched is there a way of getting the chassis number from the reg number so I can fill in the v62c request form p. S. Hi Adrian haven't talked for a while Trust you are well
