i tried to add a blog today but it hasn't appeared.......is it being held for approval? i was hoping that blogs could appear almost instantly like a conversation rather than a forum post....which appear instantly....odd.

When the site hosts started charging they added the 'feature' of allowing blogs without aprroval but made it available only on the premium packages. However the good news is that with the latest updates they have reactivated the 'feature' for the standard package. :)

I've just reset the blogs settings so in the future admin approval should not be required.
