built certificate trough dutton owner club?

hello

is it possible to obtain trough the "dutton owner club" when you are a member ( when you have payed your member ship) " a date of built certificat" , because it s nedded when you have a dutton in "q" plate in order to register the car in France.

Penny just dropped. Q reg is the date of first registration. That's why it's a Q plate.

exactly to register the car in France i need a certificat of the dutton owner club state that the car is built at the date of the v5 or even before the date state on the v5, a certificat coming from the club is enough to complete the files i have to send to register the car, that stupid french regulation!!!  i know  i m living wrong side of the sea mate......  ;-)
