Nothing bad said about anything or anyone and it gives contact details for the DOC
He has a rather "interesting" editorial on page 12 where he says every reader could have a free kit car if they buy a Dutton,strip the Escort running gear and sell and fit modern mechanics !

No but it is Ian Ayre an he can be rather "flippant" or a bloody idiot depending on how you take him !
You have to read the article really to get the full affect !

Well, he has a point. But half way through that process you don't have a kit car, you have a bare rusty chassis and a flaking fibreglass body. Then it doesn't take a genius to realise that you can then use the ID to avoid IVA on a new kit car.

People reading his article might decide to look on the DOC site for 'cars for sale', thinking of doing mischief with ID's. This might be a very good time for us to have a prominent statement on the DOC website warning that the club is active in ensuring that ID's are not re-used.
