Ignition wiring

Got the car running , which is good.

So , basically i have frigged it so that the car starts and charges the battery. I don’t have an ignition switch at the moment. I now start the car by connecting the battery and putting a spanner across solenoid terminals.

Obviously this is a frig and i need to wire in the ignition switch.

There is a small cable out of the alternator that is not going anywhere.

How do i complete this , there was reference to some ones site /page who has completed this but i cant find it.
