I finally got chance to make up some brackets and fit some permanent wind deflectors and a second radiator :0) now just to wire up the electric fan on rad number 2.

I made some ducting which help massively,  But as the air is much cooler now  I was hoping to be prepared for when the tarmac melting summer comes,,,lol

the thing is you can cool a V8 rover on a weedy VW polo radiator if its ducted right so the air that comes through the nose cone only goes through the rad......dont bother with ducting and a truck radiator will struggle to cool a Xflow 1100.......

cannot see the second rad doing much.........except warming the air for the rad behind.....

Yes James ,,, I had no heater so ran some hoses to the front of the original rad and mounted a bike rad and fan to the cross member in front of the radiator . Sorry pic is not very clear as I was starting to run out of daylight, Will try to take a better pic !!!

I might be a little thick, but I can't work out where you have put the second radiator. I'm not sure which way is up and which is the front of the car. Is that radiator using the supply intended for the interior heater?
