Axle rubbing tub

Following on from yesterday's axle comments I tried to quickly get a photo.  The tub is rubbing tapered slopping part where the axle tube meets the diff housing, the uppermost part of the tapered part is rubbing the rear of the seat tub.  The axle is on axle stands in the photo so it taking the weight of the car. Somebody previously smashed the tub a bit to get the diff out so I supposed the tub may not be in correct line.
