Steve, you spotted the very quick mock up issue. The bike bodies are still as two sets of four, so there are eight bodies on top of the engine. I thought I better make up a manifold before I start pulling the bodies apart. There should be two sets of three sat on top of the engine. Still not sure this is the best intake solution. The Jag intake is huge, ugly and too high, so I was going for a bike bodies solution so the bodies could stick up through the bonnet. The other solution is a Mondeo ST24 inlet manifold (I have a spare 4.0 V6 Ford Explore thottle body that I could fit on an ST manifold.
Painted the cam covers. Now working on solutions for mounting the bike throttle bodies, might cut down a spare lower inlet manifold and use silicone 45 degree pipe.
