That's the ST220 inlet.  It is taller than the ST24, but bolts straight on to the lower inlet without any work.  The ST24 would need some work to mate with the Jag lower inlet.  There is an offset, the angle of the camera distorts the perspective slightly.

ST220 inlet looks like the best choice for intake.  Bike bodies, could be difficult to fabricate the inlet and cable controls.  ST24 inlet needs an adpator plate.  Original Jag intake is huge and too tall
