Like I stated before the old girl is so unique and well built that I would love to know the history of the old girl and who built her but unfortunately the original serial number is not on the frame. Possibly the frame was modified along with the modified body. lol, None to compare it to over here.
The fenders were on the car when it was shipped over here and it is a right hand drive British car with a Humber Sceptre drivetrain which was not available over here. The fenders do not look like a modification. They blend in with the front end and appear to be an actual part of the fiberglass front of the car. No seams between the fenders and front end.
They look a little like the racing version he produced but was only sold to the US.....A little like...perhaps some were found to modify or repair your car?
lol, As a Dutton owner in Florida I am unique.
I really wonder if the Dutton manufacturer actually built these fenders as a possible change to the Phaeton kit cars.
Just another check. Has anyone ever seen front fenders and lower rocker arms like mine on a Phaeton? They look like originals not add ons. The old girl appears to be truly unique.
